Maintains cleanliness of storage shed, furniture storeroom, maintenance room, boiler room and flammable storage container. Assists with mattress turning as necessary. Maintains, replaces and rekeys both manual and electronic locks as needed, maintains accurate records of locks rekeyed. Adjusts controls on mechanical systems to meet required Company standards. Removes, cleans, replaces and maintains unit air conditioners (PTACs), televisions, telephones, and similar equipment. Ensures fire safety equipment (fire alarm system, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc.) are operational and that inspections are current, and forwards inspection reports to General Manager. Notifies Manager when major repairs are needed. Ensures that all maintenance tools are in good working condition and stored neatly and securely in the maintenance room. Summary / Responsibilities - UPS Freight Truck Drivers (CDL “A" w Haz-Mat) : UPS Freight Truckload is hiring individuals to work as Full-time Domestic Drivers. This position involves the driving of a tractor-trailer for the over-the-road delivery of freight to two or more locations. Domestic drivers may take a load from any of our shippers, and deliver anywhere in the country. These drivers are typically on the road from one to three weeks at a time and normally pull 53’ van trailers. Domestic Drivers must pass a DOT physical and successfully pass a UPS Freight road test. Qualified applicants must have a valid unrestricted Class A Commercial Drivers’ License with Haz-Mat endorsement, issued by this state. Domestic Drivers are expected to comply with all appearance standards. | ||||
